From the First Ring to the Roof Visit
Describe the symptom that worried you: a ceiling stain, lifted shingle tabs, granules collecting at the downspouts or a drip near a vent pipe. We will also ask the roof's age and material, because a 15-year-old architectural shingle roof and a standing seam metal roof fail in different places. Then we agree on a visit time. If a storm just passed, mention it, and we will look first at the ridge, the eaves and the flashing where wind tends to peel things back.
At the visit, a technician walks the roof and checks pipe boots, step flashing along walls, valleys, gutters and any soft decking underfoot, taking photos of what we find. You get a plain explanation and a free, no-obligation estimate. When the damage points toward an insurance claim, we work directly with your insurance adjuster and share the same photos and measurements, and financing is available for larger jobs. Spring is the smart time to call, so repairs are finished before hurricane season starts in June.
